- 저명한 학술지를 말한다. 굉장히 권위 있는 학술지.
SCI-E (Science Citation Index - Expended)
- 온라인으로만 발행된다는 점을 제외하고 기존 SCI와 크게 차이가 없음.
Impact Factor
- 피 인용 지수이다. 얼마나 많은 사람들이 해당 논문을 읽고, 얼마나 많이 인용되었는지를 나타내는 지수이다.
하지만 특정 분야에서는 중요성에 비해 전문가가 떨어지는 경우가 존재하는데, 이러한 문제로 인해 IF의 강조를 많이 억제하는 분위기이다.
